What’s Involved

  • Process warehouse and logistics transactions within IFS accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform remote warehouse receipting for subcontractor‑held inventory
  • Validate delivery documentation against purchase orders prior to receipting
  • Monitor and manage outstanding receipting to prevent backlog
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system alignment with physical stock
  • Support stocktake coordination, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
  • Manage and maintain documentation for audit and traceability purposes
  • Liaise with procurement, finance, suppliers, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
  • Provide transactional and administrative support to warehouse operations
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies impacting system accuracy and compliance

You’ll Need

Essential

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or administrative support roles
  • Experience using ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Pronto or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
  • Effective communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Desirable

  • Experience supporting inventory across multiple or remote locations
  • Understanding of purchase order and accounts payable processes
  • Experience in manufacturing, defence, or maritime environments
